Motivate students with interactive and engaging games
GameBrix is an educational gaming engine that turns teacher assignments and content into video games instantly. A key part of a successful classroom is student engagement. Long gone are the days where teachers hand a student a long intimidating assignment. With GameBrix, students play engaging and fun games while answering assigned questions along the way.
How do you ensure that students don’t get bored from playing the same game? In the GameBrix engine, students are able to select from multiple games to avoid game burnout. One week they are jumping through the moving lava floor while answering math questions; the next week they are in a high speed chase avoiding lunar meteors while answering their Language Arts questions.
GameBrix is set up where it can be used for any academic subject in grade levels 6 and up.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
